Marco joined Be Group in 2015 with the vision to support its international growth.
Born in Turin, he has always been a technology enthusiast and has spent over 20 years in the financial services arena.
He began his career in the first Italian web-company and then developed his professional experience in advisory and delivery of ICT projects at major Italian banks.
Later he held various managerial roles in the ICT and Back Office areas of one of the major European Banks. His assignments had always an international profile, coordinating organizational structures spread across several European hubs and implementing a “global” culture.
In Be Group, Marco has the Role of Regional Director, aiming to support the development in the different geographical markets by coordinating and supporting the action of the CEOs of the Group subsidiaries.
Marco lives in Munich, is married and has 3 children.
